Jan Brölmann is a specialist in IT, as well as privacy, (out- and cloud) sourcing, cloud computing and big data. As a lawyer, he has been advising in the field of technology for more than a decade and has also amassed a broad litigation experience. As data and data technology becomes an increasingly crucial part of all sectors, including the infrastructure, real estate and energy sectors, clients turn to him to make sure they not only comply with current rules but also consider future developments. Jan regularly advises and negotiates on IT contracts and IT aspects of contracts that span multiple sectors. He is also experienced in drafting and negotiating software licences, source code escrow arrangements, contracts for cloud solutions and As-a-Service contracts.

Jan is a member of the Dutch Association for Information Technology and Law (NVvIR) and the Privacy Law Association (VPR) and he is an expert author in Law & Technology for Computable, an online platform for IT professionals.
