Philippe Helder is a commercial contracting lawyer with knowledge and expertise in the field of technology, data and IT. He has particular experience in helping technology and automotive companies with the roll-out of digital products and services.

Philippe's areas of expertise include:

• Commercial (IT) agreements: he advises clients on a broad range of commercial agreements, from strategic partnerships to outsourcing agreements.

• E-commerce: he assists clients on consumer law compliance and e-commerce related matters.

• Digital regulations: he supports clients on compliance with European laws and regulations related to data and cybersecurity, including but not limited to the GDPR, NIS2, DORA, the AI Act and the Data Act.
