Marit Kerckhoffs expertise lies in the energy and real estate sectors where she focuses on the intersection of civil law and administrative/environmental law. She advises clients on (commercial) contracts, spatial planning, environmental legislation and energy regulation. Marit’s strength is to provide the bigger picture in project developments and matters relating to spatial planning, ensuring potential bottlenecks are identified early and project milestones remain viable. Where necessary, she assists clients in proceedings before the court/arbitration as well as before the administrative court.

Marit is a member of the Dutch Association for Energy Law (NeVER) and the Association for Construction Law (VBR).
