Jorieke van Strijen has been a lawyer focusing on the real estate sector since 1998. She is specialised in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial real estate lease agreements, including sale- and lease-back transactions, redevelopments and joint ventures. She has a solid track record in advising and litigating on behalf of investors, investment funds, property developers as well as tenants and landlords, where she is known as a smart negotiator as well as an accomplished strategy advisor in contentious matters.


Prior to joining HabrakenRutten Jorieke has been with NautaDutilh. She is a member of the editorial board of a leading monthly legal review on lease law and she regularly publishes articles in this field.
