Esther Zwiers is a pragmatic commercial lawyer with a broad range of experience in the construction, renewables, offshore, real estate and project development sector. She is a contracting specialist with a focus on large projects- and construction related agreements, e.g. EPC(M) contracts (including FIDIC), long term services arrangements and engineering contracts. She also has extensive experience in advising a wide variety of clients (including contractors, employers, financiers and investors) on procurement and contract implementation strategies, focusing on accommodation of all stakeholders in a project.
Esther has been involved in many project financed on- and offshore wind, solar and industrial projects. She commenced her career in 2009 in the Projects & Real Estate team of Allen & Overy and also has experience as an in-house counsel in the renewables sector.
